As a Paraprofessional in this role, you will support students with diverse needs and abilities, foster a nurturing environment, and assist in the implementation of instructional activities.

Job Description

• Part time 
• 19-29 hours per week
• ASAP start
• K-8th caseload (will place based on preference and most experience)
• Working 1:1 with kiddos 
• In-perosn only

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience working with kiddos with disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• There is no interview with the district. If you fit all of the position criteria, you will be offered the position after the initial phone screening 
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
